Can India Citizens with United States Residence Visit Mexico?

Travel documents must be valid upon arrival.

Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Mexico. Passengers can enter with a multiple-entry visa issued by Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, USA or a Schengen Member State for a maximum of 180 days. The visa must be valid for the period of intended stay. An visa issued by the USA with an extended validity is not accepted. Passengers with a Permanent Resident or Resident Alien Card (Form I-551) issued by USA do not need a visa for a maximum of 180 days. A valid I-551 stamp on their passport is also accepted. An expired Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551) with a Notice of Action (Form I-797) extending its validity is not accepted. A valid visa issued by Mexico in an expired passport is accepted if the passenger also has a valid passport.

Visitors without a return/onward ticket could be refused entry.

Visitors without a confirmed hotel reservation could be refused entry. Passengers younger than 14 years must be met by an adult upon arrival if they travel alone.
