Can India Citizens Visit United Arab Emirates?

Travel documents must be valid for at least 6 months upon arrival. Names in travel documents of passengers and crew members who reside outside of the United Arab Emirates must contain at least two words:- If a travel document has two fields, one for 'first name' and one for 'surname', and one of them is blank/FNU/LNU, the other field must contain at least two words;- If a travel document has only one field for 'full name', it must contain at least two words.- If a travel document contains "XXX" in one the fields, it will not be accepted.Travel documents with two names added as Observations/Annotations or with a second name added on any page are accepted if the names belong to the passenger or to the passenger's father.- This requirement does not apply to passengers with a valid United Arab Emirates ID Card. The date of birth format in travel documents must be "Day/Month/Year", e.g. 01 JAN 1980 or 01-01-1980. Travel documents with an incomplete date of birth (e.g. 00-00-1980 or XX-XX-1980) are not accepted.- This does not apply to residents of the United Arab Emirates. Extension stickers/stamps are not accepted.

Passengers must have a valid visa issued by the United Arab Emirates. Passengers residing in the United Arab Emirates do not need a visa. Airlines must scan the travel document and query the NAIC System to verify the residency status. Nationals of India with a normal passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date and a Permanent Resident or Alien Card (Form I-551) issued by the USA or a residence permit issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea(Rep.), New Zealand, Singapore or an EU Member State can obtain a visa on arrival for:- a maximum of 14 days. Nationals of India with a normal passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date and a residence permit issued by the United Kingdom can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 14 days. The residence permit must be valid for a minimum of 6 months and can be in physical form, or a digital eVisa. When it is a digital eVisa, airlines can verify the residency status at https://www.gov.uk/check-immigration-status . Nationals of India with a normal passport and a visa issued by the United Kingdom, the USA, or an EU Member State can obtain a visa upon arrival for:- a maximum of 14 days. They can apply to extend their stay for an additional 14 days; or- a maximum of 60 days.Their passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the arrival date. They can apply before departure at https://visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/are/apply-visa . If coming for business purposes, they can apply for transit visas (48/96 hours) or visit visas (30/60 days). The validity of visas issued by the United Arab Emirates can be verified at https://smartservices.icp.gov.ae/echannels/web/client/default.html#/fileValidity. Valid visas in expired passports are accepted if accompanied by new passport.

Passengers with a tourist visa issued by the United Arab Emirates must have a return/onward ticket. Visitors without a return/onward ticket could be refused entry.

Passengers and crew members must have a travel document with gender "F" or "M" to enter and transit. Travel documents must include a photo of the passenger. Passengers with dual nationality must arrive and depart with the same passport. Minors under 18 years old traveling unaccompanied must carry a parent/guardian consent letter and proof of relationship. They must also contact the airline to request UM service if applicable.- This does not apply to minors under 18 years old with a family visa. They must travel with a parent or visa sponsor. Minors under 18 years old with a family visa must travel with a parent or visa sponsor.
