Can Philippines Citizens Visit Singapore?

Travel documents must be valid for at least 6 months upon arrival. Virtual APEC Business Travel Cards shown on the ABTC App are accepted to enter.The passport number and nationality on the APEC Business Travel Card must match those stated on the passport.

Passengers do not need a visa for a maximum of 30 days. They can apply to extend their stay upon arrival.

Visitors without a return/onward ticket could be refused entry.

Passengers must submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) before arrival via https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard or via the mobile application. Nationals of the Philippines and airline crew departing the Philippines must register at https://etravel.gov.ph at most 72 hours before departure. Expectant mothers who visit Singapore for the purpose of delivering their child in Singapore must apply for a Visit Pass prior to departure. They can apply for a Visit Pass at www.ica.gov.sg (Apply for Visit Pass). Applications take 4 to 6 weeks to process. A Visit Pass is not required for residents of Singapore who have a Re-entry Permit issued by Singapore.
